I, personally, had problems with my sleep. Not that I was not sleeping enough, thank God, there were nights when I was sleeping even 10 hours, but there was little to no change. Every. Single. Day. It was so frustrating, I just wanted to have a good sleep and feel capable to deal with the day with ease. The physical and emotional tiredness were overwhelming.. Until I decided a couple of months ago to really study sleep and comprehend it. And now I am sleeping better than ever. I know that there are nights when I do not have a restful night, but I always know what I am doing wrong. I am proud to say that I am always rested, full of energy and joy.
I honestly understand the frustration, the pain of not sleeping adequately, that is why I created this course. I know the stories, I have been one of the stories! Let me show you how I overcame it!
